This cookbook runs throughout my family, lots of tried and true recipes. Wish the spiral paperback version was less expensive, it's easier to use. I bought the hardbound book for a gift.
I love this book so much that I sent a copy to my daughter...just to be told this is now the second copy I gave her. It is definitely my "go-to" recipe book. Most recipes are simple and include ingredients I already have on hand. I initially tried to buy the book at a local store, but it was unavailable. The owner told me she "can't keep the book on the shelves. It sells out immediately."
Excellent cookbook.
I lived in Eugene as a young mother. This was a standby favorite cookbook that includes many family favorites. We now have two homes and there is a copy in each kitchen. I just bought it for my daughter in law. Cookbooks put together by groups include tried and tested favorite recipes.
This is my favorite cookbook and has been for years. Our family has probably had more recipes come from this book over any other. It was first given to me by a co-worker, and since then I have purchased many copies to give as gifts. Highly Recommend.
The book came to me in pristine condition. I was very happy with what I received because it was a Christmas gift to a family member.
Timely arrival and great cookbook!
A little disappointed as the originals were spiral bound, they would lay flat as you worked the recipe. This is hard bound, probably will last longer but take me a long time of use before it lays flat. An excellent cookbook however.
