Since I started doing the Naqshbandi daily Practices my life has changed and I feel and experience differently. Because I am still in such early stages, I can only speak what I have experienced so far.Once I started doing the practice daily and sincerely, I felt the changes in my heart, which cannot be explained. I feel lot cleaner, stronger and my hawas(bad desires) are in fair control. I hope and pray that if I keep doing this that one day My sheikh will bring me to his presence and take me to the presence of Prophet saw and eventually to Allah almighty.To me this book is more important than anything I own. It is my ticket to Heaven inshallah and I pray that it be yours as well. May Allah reward Mawlana Sheikh Hisham Kabannai granting him heights levels and knowledge from his infinite ocean.
When I first started these practices I was unsure if they were "right" for my life but Naqshbandi teachings have helped me become a better person and to live a better life. If you do the daily practices and keep with dhikr you will strengthen your heart for family and your friends. Shaykh Kabbani's guidebook is a great help for doing daily devotions and learning the Sufi way.
